Temple Run's weekly Monday morning run from Salesberry Tower, Maharajgunj (opposite the American Embassy). Choose 5 km or 10 km among the temples and trees towards Budhanilkantha. Run flow on Temple Run's poster: 6:00 AM arrival and registration, 6:15 warm-up by the Nepal Police Academy, 6:30 run begins, 7:00 cool-down, 7:30 refreshments. Free and open for all ages, no registration needed; parking and bag drop.
