Some pages on katajaam.com show ads served by Google AdSense. Today these are only the fight pages (for example the Road to UFC and fighter pages). The Kata Jaam? app shows no ads.

Registrations, tickets and payments

What we store. When you register or buy a ticket we store what the form asks for: your name, phone number, email, your answers, and a payment screenshot when the form asks for one. We also store your order, what you paid, the pass we issue you, when it was checked in, and any refund.

Who sees it. The organizer of that event sees your registration — it is their event and their guest list. At checkout you consent to us sharing your name, phone, email and answers with them so they can run the event. They may not use it for marketing unless you agree to that with them separately. A payment screenshot is shown only to that organizer, so they can confirm it against their own account. We see it too, so we can help you when something goes wrong.

Payments. Online payments go through Fonepay, a licensed payment network, which processes the payment for Neo Holdings Pvt. Ltd.. We never see or store your card, wallet or bank credentials — Fonepay and your bank handle them. We receive only the result: paid or not, the amount, and a reference. A QR or bank-app payment made to the organizer directly happens between you and the organizer's bank.

Refunds. If you ask for a refund we store the account you give us (holder name, number and bank or wallet) only to pay the refund.

How we protect it. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the people who need it to run the service can reach it. If there is ever a breach that affects you, we tell you and publish a notice, as the law requires.

How long we keep it. Records of sales, refunds, payouts and complaints are kept for 5 years, as the law requires, even if you delete your account. Deleting your account removes everything else that is yours; the organizer keeps their record of who came to their event.

Your rights. You can see and correct your details, and close your account, at any time. Write to katajaam.app@gmail.com, or use the complaint form if you think we got something wrong.
