Complaints
Last updated: 9 October 2026
If something went wrong with a ticket, a registration, a refund, a listing or your data, tell us here. Every complaint gets a number and an answer.
How to complain
Use the form on this page, or email katajaam.app@gmail.com. Include your pass or order code if the complaint is about a ticket.
What happens next
- You get a complaint number on screen straight away, and an email confirming it.
- We look into it and send you a decision, with our reasons, within 15 days.
- If the complaint is about an event, we ask the organizer for their side. We do not hide behind the organizer: if you are owed a refund or a remedy, we give it.
If you are not satisfied
You can take the complaint to the Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection (Government of Nepal), which handles e-commerce complaints. Quote your complaint number. Your rights under Nepal's consumer protection law are not affected by using our process first.
Your complaint record
We keep every complaint and our answer for five years, as the law requires. Only the people handling it can see it, and we share it with the organizer only as far as needed to resolve it.
