The first Tarakeshwor Run: a 5 km fun run for all ages and fitness levels through Dharmasthali in Tarkeshwor Municipality, on quieter roads away from the city. Meet-up 6:00 AM, warm-up 6:30 AM, run starts 7:00 AM. Every runner gets an event T-shirt, finisher medal, e-certificate, snacks and hydration. Theme: Explore Tarakeshwor, run for health, say no to drugs. Registration Rs 300 for students, Rs 500 for adults, through the Google Form in @tarkeshworrun's bio.
