Opening of The Ground Beneath The Lines, a solo exhibition by Taragaon Next resident artist Amisha Maharjan, on Friday 2 October at 4 PM. Working across textile crochet, paper weaving, pen and ink, watercolour and installation, she looks at how land once understood as sustenance, livelihood and community is becoming property and a sellable asset, in her own community and family. The exhibition stays up at Taragaon Next, Boudha, until 12 October.
