Is there live music in Kathmandu on weeknights?

Yes — Kathmandu has gigs almost every night. Weeknights lean toward acoustic singer-songwriters, jam nights and open mics across Thamel and Pulchowk, with the ticketed concerts and DJ headliners landing on weekends.

How do I buy tickets for gigs this week?

Ticketed shows link directly to Khalti, TicketSanjal or eSewa from each event page. Many smaller weeknight gigs are pay-at-door or no-cover — check the individual listing.
