Dashain Changa Carnival 2083 (also billed by @megaeventnepal as the Dherai Wada Carnival) is a day-long Dashain celebration at Chyasal Stadium, Lalitpur, from 11 AM to 7 PM: live sets from Albatross, Deepak Rhythm Bajracharya Band and Kutumba, hosted by Emcee Khushboo and Jagtur Luis, plus a kite-battle (changa chet) competition, stalls, a kids zone and a magic show.
