Dashain Changa Carnival 2083 will be a day-long celebration of Dashain, bringing together the traditional joy of changa (kite flying) with music, food, games, culture, and entertainment. The event will feature designated kite-flying areas, exciting Changa Chet kite battles and competitions, live music and dance performances, food and beverage stalls, a dedicated kids zone, and a variety of interactive and recreational activities. Designed as a vibrant carnival experience for families and friends, the event will offer attendees an engaging way to celebrate the festive spirit of Dashain through a mix of traditional activities and contemporary entertainment.
